AC Maintenance Plan Options

Homeowners have two different options, both of which include our complete checklist and standard air filters. The listed price covers one unit, but both plans offer the ability to add additional AC units at a discounted rate. 

• The Signature Care Plan is $20/monthly and includes bi-annual visits. It also offers a 5% discount on all service and repair work. 
• The Deluxe Care Plan is $35 monthly. We will conduct the inspections quarterly, and your discount on service and repair work will increase to 10%.
